Master Pelvic health and become a leading women’s health specialist
Dive deep into pelvic health across the female lifecycle and confidently prescribe exercise for all pelvic health conditions inside my Pelvic Health Mentorship
want to learn about pelvic health but struggling to find education that is tailored for exercise physiologists and more than just a webinar?
I get it! When I wanted to specialize in women’s health I searched for what felt like years to find a comprehensive program that offered theory supported by research with equal parts practical application and exercise prescription. I wanted something that I could really sink my teeth into, learn off someone who excelled in the field and have access to ongoing support so I could ask questions when I was unsure about my own clients and how to effectively progress their program.
But there was nothing to be found. I felt like an absolute fraud not knowing how to get my clients out of supine pelvic floor exercises and didn’t know where to go to learn more.
This type of program is lacking in the exercise physiology industry and this is where the inspiration for the mentorship began.
It took me years of reading research, attending webinars and short courses slowly piecing it all together in order to build my knowledge and be able to confidently assess and prescribe pelvic floor rehab programs for my clients that actually got results.
I don’t want you to have to do the same as I did. Waste years of your career trying to figure it out, dreaming of pursuing a career in women’s health but feeling like a fraud trying.
I can help you inside my mentorship
A 6 month program teaching you everything you need to know about pelvic floor health to help women at any stage of the female lifecycle. “The mentorship is absolutely amazing. It has changed my entire career as an EP in terms of how I approach, assess and deliver exercise prescription in the women’s health industry.”
Theory is great, but the real gold is in the actual exercise prescription.
Ever felt like you have left a webinar or education course thinking…
‘What is the actual exercise programming?’
‘Which exercises do I actually prescribe?’
I hear ya!
There is no point knowing all the statistics, the pathophysiology or how exercise can be used to help women’s health conditions. Without knowing how to prescribe exercise with correct progression and which exercises to choose the knowledge is pointless.
The mentorship is largely focused on application of theory. With an equal balance of evidenced based research and application, I share the exact programming I use with my clients, presented in example case studies and example programs for each type of pelvic health concern. Past mentees have used these case studies and their programs to help them with their own clients when getting started.
Inside the mentorship we workshop every exercise inside my database through monthly live calls so you know exactly which exercises to choose in all phases of progression. You will understand what to look for in each exercise to ensure your clients are correctly performing the exercise as well as how to modify to suit any client.
You will not leave the mentorship without knowing the exercise prescription for all types of pelvic health concerns.
2024 is a brand new format
Originally designed as a 6-month program this year I have transformed the mentorship into a 12-month program broken into 2 blocks:
Block 1 January - June: Learning Intensive
6-month intensive block – working through all learning modules, live calls and 1:1 support the same way as previous years.
Block 2 July - December: Application and support
6-month ongoing support – continued support through the community group and monthly live calls to continue expanding your knowledge and skills of the content learned in block 1. This provides you with the opportunity to continue to ask questions and troubleshoot clients as you continue to implement the content in your workplace and have more and more exposure to women's health clients.
This is your once-a-year opportunity to work with me as your women’s health mentor for a whole year.
what's inside?
education modules
5 education modules that are designed to build on the previous month to deepen your understand about pelvic health across the phases of the female lifecycle. Each module includes a learning manual, a resources manual and example case studies specific to the content covered in the module. The modules include:
Module 1 (month 1 and 2): Pelvic floor essentials. This module covers review of tissue physiology, anatomy and the importance of posture. It dives into pelvic floor anatomy and physiology, types of dysfunction and treatment pathways.
Module 2 (month 3): The active pelvic floor. A module bridging the gap between clinical rehab and the active or athlete population. Covering information specific to high impact activities and weightlifting.
Module 3 (month 4): Pelvic health during pregnancy. Understanding how pregnancy impacts the pelvic floor, pelvic girdle pain and how to exercise throughout this time to improve pelvic health outcomes.
Module 4 (month 5): The post-natal period. Understanding how birth and labor outcomes impact the pelvic floor, how to program for a safe return to exercise and rehabbing diastasis recti.
Module 5 (month 6): Female health and hormones. Content in this module covers hormonal considerations in pelvic health. Topics include the understanding menstrual cycle and its role in symptom presentation, transition into menopause and Endometriosis.
live group calls
These are practical workshops that are used for Q&A, case study exploration and exercise workshopping. Once a month for 90 minutes with the flexibility to choose either a day time session or evening session to make sure you have every chance at attending live. Every call is recorded and uploaded to another learning portal so you can refer back to it or watch in your own time if you cannot make the live call.
1:1 support calls
Monthly 1:1 support calls with just you and me. The mentorship is not just the education, it’s about transforming you into a women’s health specialist. That means tailoring the content to suit you and your workplace. Understanding how to apply the learning material in a way that meets the needs to your clients whether that is in a hospital setting, private clinical practice, group classes, strength and conditioning environments or personal training.
We can use these calls to explore concepts you need more support with, troubleshoot your own clients, business/service development or general check-in and accountability. This is where the mindset barriers you have are broken so you can move closer to those big dreams of mastering pelvic health.
Private community
A place to connect and build relationships with passionate professionals around the country.
A place to feel supported and share your wins.
A safe space to ask questions without feeling judged whether it is about the content, exercise prescription or a particular client you need help with. You have access to help 24/7 through the community and this is so important as you begin to apply new knowledge and come across roadblocks.
multiple learning formats
Does the idea of watching a webinar bore you? Prefer to listen and walk versus sit and read? Prefer to read instead of watch?
The educational content inside the learning portal is delivered primarily through video lessons however not everyone learns well this way. The content has been adapted into learning manuals so you can read through the material, and an audio version delivered through a private podcast so you can listen on the go. No matter which way you prefer to learn you can get the most out of the program by diving into the material in whatever way suits your learning style.
exercise database
A database of over 150 exercises categorized into levels of progression so you know exactly which exercises to use to help your own clients. The live calls each month will be used to workshop these exercises together as a group, learn cueing for each one and understand signs of incorrect exercise execution when teaching your clients.
You will also have private access to instructional exercise videos of each exercise that you can use to refresh your memory of each exercise but also share with your clients as part of their program.
but wait there is more…
Not only do you get access to:
5 education portals with learning manuals, resources, templates and cheat sheets
An exercise database with plug and play exercise videos to use with your clients
12 live group calls to dive into the application
6 x 1:1 support calls to completely tailor the program to your goals as a professional
A private community forum of super passionate professionals including past mentees

No travel required to get live education
There is nothing worse than knowing the in depth course you want to do is a full weekend in a city you don’t live near. Having to travel back and forth for hours or book accommodation to stay the night.
The mentorship is 100% online. and it’s not an ‘online course’ where the whole thing is self-paced with no accountability, and you buy it with so much motivation of completing it and months later you’ve only done the first 2 lessons and you can’t remember what you covered.
I wanted the mentorship to be accessible from wherever you are. We have had practitioners in small regional towns and in nearly all states across Australia; WA, TAS, VIC, QLD, SA and NSW.
There is no travelling to do this in-person, all you need is an internet connection and a way to jump online.
who is the mentorship for?

‘This has hands down been the best course/mentorship I have completed’
I became interested in Women's Health space a few years after graduating as an Exercise Physiologist and really struggled to find any further education in the area relevant to Exercise Physiologists until I came across Court's Women's Health mentorship. This has hands down been the best course/mentorship I have completed! From the beginning welcome call Court was so passionate about passing on all her knowledge, had a clear structure of what to expect and provide an abundance of resources. The whole way through the mentorship Court was consistently checking in with us making sure we understood the content, staying on track and if we needed any assistance. I couldn't recommend this course high enough!! It has been such a great 6 months with likeminded health professionals in the most nurturing environment.

‘The mentorship really goes above and beyond and should be taught in EP degrees.’
The Her Exercise Physiology 6-month mentorship is incredible. After considering this mentorship program a couple of years ago and I am glad I made the choice to build my knowledge in this space. Court is a wealth of knowledge in this space and you can see the passion and dedication she has to changing the path for women’s health through exercise intervention. This program really taught me the power of an Exercise Physiologist in this space and how we deserve to be recognised for the work we can do and seeing real outcomes. Allowing women to access care that isn’t invasive and is based on your symptoms, how your body feels and making changes to this is extremely powerful. Court has designed this mentorship in a way that in manageable for everyone. We had all types of health professionals in the mentorship and working fulltime and busy mums too. Knowing you can watch the content online or via a podcast meant it was accessible to you wherever you are. The content is easy to follow and the fortnightly live calls are a wonderful space to grow your learning, ask questions and work with the other mentoees to gain different perspectives and learn off each other. Court has really put so much into the mentorship about various conditions, topics, exercises, case studies, resources and so much more. The online platform is easy to use and connecting with the other mentorees is super easy and a great opportunity to network and ask questions about women’s health or other topics of interest. The mentorship really goes above and beyond and should be taught in EP degrees. I am so grateful for Court and sharing her knowledge in the women’s health space and spending the time with me each month in our one on one calls to dive into what I needed. Thank you so much Court!

‘Without this mentorship and support of Courtenay I wouldn’t have had the confidence in myself or skillset to pursue my dream.’
I was a bit nervous to start this mentorship as I was very interested in pursing a career as a Women’s Health EP but lacked the confidence and skill set to push forward with this dream. I have also completed some other mentorships where I was promised a lot but found they didn’t quite deliver and when falling behind had gotten lost in the content. I brought up these concerns with Courtenay in our initial call and she helped me put my mind at ease with honest conversations about the workload and support offered. The mentorship surpassed all expectations I had and knew after the first webinar I had made the best investment for my career. With each module I found my knowledge increasing with a clear treatment plan for differing pelvic floor concerns and my confidence improved month by month. The 1:1 calls were amazing to have a sounding board for troubleshooting client case and business ideas. Without this mentorship and support of Courtenay I wouldn’t have had the confidence in myself or skillset to pursue my dream and begin my own Women’s Health business, which I can happily say is no longer a dream.

‘Outside of the education and knowledge aspect, Courtenay also assisted me in my career pathway - guiding me towards where I wanted to go & what I wanted to build.’
I had been following Courtenay from HER Exercise Physiology on Instagram when she released the openings for her Mentorship program. As someone who was fresh out of university, I wasn't quite sure which direction I wanted to pursue regarding Ex Phys work. However, since seeing all of her content I knew I had to be a part of the mentorship. I joined up, and honestly this mentorship has shaped me to be who I am, and where I'm at! Courtenay not only provided expert knowledge and education, but a community of women where we could all network with one another and troubleshoot together as a group. Outside of the education and knowledge aspect, Courtenay also assisted me in my career pathway - guiding me towards where I wanted to go & what I wanted to build. Personally Courtenay provided me with the push I really needed to put myself first and get started - taking the leap! I am now 3 months into owning and operating my own business! I was scared, anxious and unsure about doing it, but Court had my back the whole way through, helping with the content educational side of things, but also with her business tips and tricks making me feel so much more comfortable, and less worried about following my dreams and aspirations. Without the mentorship or Courtenay, I would not be where I am today. If you have the opportunity to join her, you must take it! You will NOT regret it!

‘Do yourself a favour and sign up for the mentorship. The only regret you will have, is not doing it!’
I can first hand 100% recommend @her.education_ for business, career and self growth. I recently participated in Court’s Pelvic Health Mentorship program and cannot thank her enough for being so passionate about what she does and her willingness to share her knowledge, in a way that is really accessible.
No matter your learning style; audio, visual, kinesthetic or reading, this program caters for you! If you want to develop your knowledge in women’s health, do yourself a favour and sign up for the mentorship. The only regret you will have, is not doing it!

‘This mentorship is jam packed with value’
As a fitness trainer who specialises in Women’s Health, I chose to complete Courtenay’s Pelvic Floor Mastery Mentorship because I wanted to gain a greater understanding of female physiology and how and why it changes during the different stages of a female life cycle - from conception through to menopause.
Working on daily basis with postpartum women, I wanted to provide a better service to my female clients, particularly my mums returning to exercise. As a mum myself, I knew first hand how difficult it can be to return to running, sport, strength work etc.
Courtenay’s mentorship is thorough, clear and easy to follow along. Courtenay gives 100% of her time, resources and knowledge throughout the course. She is supportive, fun and is a really great teacher. This mentorship is jam packed with value. I highly recommend Courtenay’s course.

-
No. It is definitely helpful to have the ability to implement the content in your workplace and practice your skills as you learn however this is often not possible. There are real life case studies inside as examples and other mentees tend to have clients they need help with that we troubleshoot inside calls. The 1:1 calls have previously been used by clinicians needing guidance on how to build their caseload of women’s health from scratch so you have women’s health clients coming to see you.
-
Yes! In previous intakes I have had a combination of final year EP students and new grads all the way to 10+years in the industry. The most important thing is that you are committed and have a willingness to learn and be part of a community with health and fitness practitioners from all industries.

At this stage the mentorship is a once a year only program to ensure I have the capacity to support all mentees inside the program alongside my clinical work.
