If movement has ever made things worse, you are not alone.

Most people with endometriosis have tried exercise at some point and found it unhelpful, painful, or impossible to sustain. That is not a you problem. That is a prescription problem. This program exists because endometriosis requires a specific, evidence-based approach to movement and most exercise guidance simply does not account for it.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

What the pathway looks like

A structured group program with a clear clinical framework. Every phase builds on the last, and your guidance adapts to where you are in your cycle and your symptom load on any given week.

INVESTMENT

FIRST COHORT

This program is running at a reduced rate in exchange for your feedback.

The Endometriosis Rehabilitation Pathway is launching its first cohort in May 2026. The clinical framework is fully built and the program is ready, but as with any first cohort, your experience will directly inform how it develops. In exchange for that, founding members access the program at a discounted rate. Same sessions, same clinical quality, same individual intake consult. Just a lower price point for being first and feedback about the flow of the program. We will be testing our software and how it feels on your side to be inside the program.

12 week direct debit

$39.50/week for 12 weeks
Billed weekly across the program. Full access from day one including your initial consult, all live sessions, and program materials.

Led by a clinician who specialises in this, not a coach who has read about it.

Courtenay Polock is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist with a specialist focus in women’s health. She leads the women’s health services at Remote Control Exercise Physiology and has designed this program specifically for the endometriosis population, drawing on the current evidence base for nervous system regulation, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and inflammation management.

This is not a wellness program. It is clinical rehabilitation, delivered in a group format to make it accessible.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Yes — and this is actually one of the most common things we hear from people joining. This program is not what most people picture when they think of exercise. We begin with breath retraining, muscle downtraining, and pain education. There is no expectation that you arrive ready to move. You just need to arrive.

It is a fair concern, and an honest one. What we do here looks very different to what you are probably imagining. We start with breath retraining, muscle down training, and pain education before we progress anything. Flares can still happen, that is part of living with endometriosis, but part of what this program teaches you is how to understand, manage, and move through them rather than being derailed by them.

This program offers the exercise physiology layer, the whole-body rehabilitation piece that looks at nervous system regulation, inflammation, fatigue, functional movement, and how your body responds to load across your cycle. For many people, EP and pelvic floor physio work best alongside each other, and we are happy to coordinate with your existing providers as part of the program.

Yes. This program is open to anyone living with endometriosis, confirmed or not, and to anyone experiencing chronic pelvic pain more broadly. Diagnosis in Australia takes an average of 7 to 10 years, and you should not have to wait that long to access support that actually helps.

Sessions are not recorded, but your home program has all exercises linked so you can still complete the work in your own time. Missing a class does not mean missing the week, the program is designed so you can stay on track between sessions.

You will need enough floor space to lie down comfortably and a small selection of low-cost items: a massage ball or tennis ball, a foam roller, a long physio band, a loop booty band, and a pillow. Most of these you may already have at home, and none of them need to be specialist equipment. We will let you know before Week 1 if anything needs to be sourced.
