Bridging the gap in women’s health by developing exceptional health and fitness professionals.
Here at HER Education we believe there is a place for all health and fitness professionals to help women restore their pelvic health.
In 2017 as a new grad Exercise Physiologist with a passion to learn as much as I could about Women’s health, I regularly found education in this field to be lacking depth with minimal ongoing support from educators. I was in search for a program that offered comprehensive theory which was supported by research with equal amounts practical application and exercise prescription. I couldn’t quite find what I was looking for so I took it upon myself to research and develop the 4 phased Pelvic Floor Mastery Method. I have created a program which will completely transform the knowledge, skills and confidence of health and fitness professionals looking for something more…
Pelvic Health Mastery Mentorship.
This 6-month program combines theory, research, live practical workshops, community forum and individual support to help health and fitness professionals upskill in exercise prescription in Women's Pelvic Health Care. Testimonials from previous mentees
“Now that i have experiences the mentorship I would have definitely paid more for one-on-one assistance, and with how much my business has improved and my knowledge, expertise and understanding of all the concepts it has levelled UP my business, my knowled and better outcomes for my clients - I loved seeing all the different phases of all the different case studies so when i had a similar client I could pick and choose what I needed for different clients depengin on the different symptoms that they had and thier goals.”
“The mentorship is absolutely amazing. It has changed my entire career as an EP in terms of how I approach, assess and deliver exercise prescription in the women’s health industry, Courtenay is great value and is always up for a laugh to keep things enjoyable and answer any questions along the way.”
“The mentorship has developed my confidence & given me a go to area for the resources I was looking for. It was great to have guidance for exercise prescription and progression especially with tough conditions like tight pelvic floor of prolapse.
I have saved all the content and always refer to it at other times as a refresher because it can be challenging to take it all in during the lectures.
As someone who works for themselves, having the group and feedback from Court was fantastic.”
“This mentorship has significantly increased my confidence in not only working with women’s health matters but navigating questions early on to raise pelvic health conditions/continence considerations within a comfortable environment. It’s highlighted just how many women deal with continence or other pelvic health conditions, yet they don’t feel either comfortable to bring it up and/or that it is relevant to whatever else they may be dealing with. Additionally, it’s really highlighted to me that specialising in women’s health is a pathway that I really want to follow as it’s not only an area of interest for myself but there’s definitely a lack of support for these populations.”
Frequently asked questions
What makes this program different to other women’s health courses?
The Pelvic Health Mastery Mentorship Program is like no other program I have seen. It combines the best of all aspects of learning including pre-recorded lessons that you can do at your own pace, live calls to keep you accountable and help you interpret things that may be more difficult if you were alone, theory and evidence based concepts with just as much practical application and exercise prescription, access to your educator with individual support and a group community to connect and share your experience with. This is not a self-guided course you buy and end up not finishing.
I am not an Exercise Physiologist is the mentorship appropriate for me?
Yes, 100%. Even though this program dives deep into the research, theory and then application that tends to be more specific for Exercise Physiologists, I have created the mentorship program to help bridge the gap between acute treatment and long-term strength and function for all health and fitness professionals. Understanding all aspects of pelvic health will help you tailor your programming and be able to confidently regress and progress exercises appropriately for your clients no matter where they are in their health and fitness journey.
I have only just graduated university is the mentorship appropriate for me?
Yes! In the previous intake I have had a combination of final year EP students and new grads all the way to 10+ years in the industry. The most important thing is you are committed and have a willingness to learn and be part of a community with health and fitness practitioners from all walks of life.
